 It wasn't my plan to use the services of a financial adviser. I was told it'd just boost up the costs of a mortgage. But fortunately I met Gio and I can tell most likely I wouldn't have been able to buy the house we just bought recently and call ourselves homeowners without his contribution. He arranged a mortgage for me very quickly on a much better quote what my high street bank offered us. As a first time buyer (and a foreigner in the UK) I had hardly any idea about how to manage getting a mortgage. He was always very helpful to answer any questions I had. The whole procedure getting a mortgage and insurance agreed was very smooth and easy. Gio is always approachable (even weeks after the completion date), and he never had an issue dealing with my mortgage deal during the weekend. He's professional, kind and works for me. If he keeps on working like he did for my first mortgage deal (and why wouldn't he?), I see no reason at all to use any other financial adviser's services when I can 'hire' him. So after he had arranged my mortgage on a new property for me, when my existing (high street) lender failed to do what they had promised on my existing property remortgage I was able to turn to Gio and work out a solution to stop the chain falling through.
